In case of improper fittings or defective products we will exchange the products as per the customer’s required fit, Those improper or defective products have to be returned within 3 days from the date of receiving the products but should be reported immediately through mail or phone.

All the products that you claim to be ill-fit or defective should be in unused condition, tags, and price tags, and should be intact with products along with product packaging & invoice otherwise no exchange.

Due to their intimate nature, panties or briefs can not returned or exchanged.

On receiving the parcel if you feel it's tampered with or damaged, please refuse the delivery.

If any customer places an order without reading the product details like size chart, fitting details and  then applies for return or exchange the orders then those return shipment charges have to be borne by customers only. 

*Courtesy Exchange: In case of any wrong order by the customer If our courtesy company exchanges the products, pick up boy will only do the exchange process by informing the customer if the customer is not available after pick up boy reaches the pick and drop location then that case will be considered closed then no further attempt will be made. This is purely the company`s right to accept or reject.
